The Defender of My Heart Cross is hand-crafted from solid Sterling Silver. Choose either a 7mm Synthetic heart shaped Ruby with 24 radiant Lab Created Diamonds having a total diamond weight of .23cts or a 10mm Synthetic heart shaped Ruby with 24 radiant Lab Created Diamonds having a total diamond weight of .48cts.  Each cross arrives on a finely detailed solid Sterling Silver chain.
